As a resident of Guelph for nearly 10 years, successfully investing, renovating and selling homes in the Ottawa, and Vancouver markets, Mike truly appreciates the demands of real estate and investing.

A graduate of Algonquin College, Mike earned an Electronics Engineering Diploma, that led to working in the medical device industry. Mike continued his studies at the University of Guelph, completing a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Political Science and Business Studies.

Fundamentally, Mike’s skills are not based solely in sales. He brings a vast range of skills to our brokerage, combined with strict attention to detail, and a keen awareness for the needs of his clients.  Mike’s understanding of development, design, and construction are a crucial aspect in being a proficient and competent agent. In his own words, “I believe there is no substitute for aggressive promotion, networking, in-depth comprehension of market conditions, and honed negotiating skills. Success is not measured by stats, but by relationships built, effective and competent communication, community involvement, and responding to the individual needs of each client.”
